  • Pilates Fitness

    Pilates teaches a unique method of body control and conditioning - stretching and strengthening the muscles, while improving flexibility and balance. Pilates aims to achieve core stability and improve posture.

    In addition to our traditional Pilates class, we also offer Studio Pilates and Pilates Props which use specialized fitness equipment to boost resistance.

    Our classes are led by expert fitness instructors that will help you get the most out of your class routine.

    Everyone from elite athletes to supermodels have long been touting the benefits of boxing as a complete body workout.

    Allowing you to develop superior upper body strength, quickness and agility, cardiovascular fitness, and improved posture all at the same time, our boxing classes are great for all ages and fitness levels. Our classes focus on specific techniques and drills.

    Boxing is also a great form of stress relief. You’ll get an intense workout and improve your core strength all at the same time.

    Remember to bring your own gloves!

    John has worked in the fitness industry for over 5 years and has gained extensive knowledge during this time. He has trained and competed with athletes, he has experimented different methods of training and dieting which has given him a positive mentality to achieve.

    Good knowledge of dietary needs for weight loss and strength building are what he is passionate about and keen to pass on to people who want or need to change certain aspects of their lives.

    Jason is a 27-year-old father of two. He has been working for our gym as a personal trainer for a year and a half. Jason has accumulated over 140 clients in the past year and his focus is on making individuals’ lives better for the future. He says that all of the clients that he has ever worked with on a daily basis have hit their goals.

    He has eight years of experiences in this field and his background in physical fitness includes cross country, track, off-season football and personal training. He is 100% committed in helping his clients have a better lifestyle.
